This public university was established in the year 1878 and has a student population of over 33,000. They also have over 5,500 academic staff. The university is the fourth oldest public university in the country and offers undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs to both domestic and international candidates. They focus mainly on the fields of natural sciences and humanities which have been divided into 4 faculties that deal with over 56 departments. They provide over 75 programs in English. Stockholm School of Economics

This is a private university that was established in the year 1909 with over 2,000 students and 300 administrative staff. KTH Royal Institute of Technology

This public university was established in the year 1827 and has a student population of over 14,000 along with over 1,000 academic staff. The main fields of study for which programs are offered include engineering & technology, natural sciences, and physical sciences. These programs are offered through the four different campuses of the university. The university offers undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs in the fields of architecture & built environment, electrical engineering & computer science, engineering sciences, chemistry, biotechnology, industrial engineering & management, etc.

Karolinska Institutet

This public university was established in the year 1810 and has a student population of over 7,000 along with over 4,800 administrative staff.
